BACK PAIN FREE – And I owe it all to Harmony Acupuncture!!  I pulled my back out just 2 months after my 30th birthday and nothing seemed to help… Stretching, exercise, even Advil couldn’t touch the tightness and soreness that seemed to never go away… Then, I was introduced to Harmony Acupuncture and after a handful of treatments I had 0 back pain! As I felt better, I adopted regular exercise and stretching into my life (as well as acupuncture “tune ups”) and I haven’t had any of the pain that I experienced 3 years ago! I’ve recommend Harmony to numerous friends and family members who have had similar results!

I started going to Harmony Acupuncture after I badly sprained my ankle. I noticed a difference after my first appointment!  I left with greater flexibility, less inflammation, and less pain.  One of the best things about acupuncture is that you can work on mutiple issues in 1 session.  In my initial assessment, I revealed that I had a history of migraines.  While working on my ankle, Linda also worked on my migraines…I have not had a migraine in over 1 year!  I completely trust Linda and I am now likely to start with her when I have an ailment.  I have referred many people to Harmony Acupuncture and I will continue to do so.

I have had extreme pain in my upper back and shoulders. I have gone twice now and have noticed a big difference. I was so relaxed I fell asleep both times. The deep tissue massage after the acupuncture is extremely helpful, she really cares about treating her patients. I recommend acupuncture to all my friends, I am a firm believer in this type of healing. I have used acupuncture in the past but Linda is by far the best I’ve been to.

I have been seeing Linda for the past few months as my husband and I are moving towards starting a family.  She has been a lifesaver!  I tend to lead a very busy life with a crazy schedule and I often forget to take the time to stop and ground myself.  Linda is the perfect combination of attentive, calming and reassuring.  I feel light years better after each treatment and can’t recommend her highly enough.
